On Wednesday our Yr7s travelled to Millfield to play their Round 3 match. A tight affair ended goalless although our goalkeeper Myla was much colder than the Millfield ‘keeper as most of the action involved play in the Millfield penalty area. The game remained 0-0 after the first period of extra time. From kick off at the start of the 2nd half in extra time Rosa tapped the ball forward to Pixie who exploited the fact that all the Millfield attack were ready to press the normal pass back option. A mazy dribble from the halfway line to finish past the tall Millfield goalkeeper secured our progress to Round 4 after winning 1-0.
