Ella Rowe Selected for English Schoolgirls U15 Squad

We are incredibly proud to share that Ella has earned her place in the English Schoolgirls U15 national squad.

Ella joined Eggbuckland in Year 7 as a passionate footballer already representing Plymouth Argyle Girls. Her talent and dedication have continued to shine, and she will now have the opportunity to compete against Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and Scotland as part of the schoolgirls’ setup.

This year’s selection process was highly competitive, with 70 players from the Midlands, North, South East, and South West regions all vying for a spot in the final squad.

A strong and composed central defender, Ella has elevated her game through her work at the Devon FA Advanced Coaching Centre, where she has particularly developed her passing range and decision making. She was first spotted by Devon AAC while captaining our U12 National Cup–winning team in 2023, and she has been a key player for Devon ever since.

We are thrilled to see Ella’s hard work recognised at national level and wish her the very best for the upcoming training camps and international fixtures.
