E-Scooters
Dear Parents and carers, E-Scooters E-scooters have become increasingly popular amongst young people. Although they can seen as a convenient means of transport, there are multiple safety and legal implications that also apply, and it is important that they are not used as a way to travel to school. The law on E-scooters: E- scooters can be ridden on privately owned land. It is illegal to ride an E-scooter on a pavement or public road. If a young person is caught riding an E-s

Social Media Awareness for Young People
Dear Parents and carers, This week in school the children have had assemblies and discussions with regards to social media. Studies have found that the average screen time for 11-18 year old is between 7.5- 9 hours daily, and with this there can be both positives, but also risks that can affect young people. Supporting young people through developing their skills in an online world can be challenging, and it is hoped this bulletin can offer guidance and spark conversations at

A crucial part of their study, and a real test of their resilience (the water was certainly cold). Staff were super proud of how they conducted themselves throughout the whole day. Well done, Team Geography! And no-one, absolutely no-one, fell over - even a little bit 😬

U14 Rugby - West Devon Cup v Plymouth College
Tenacity personified! In the words of our Capt, Henry S, in his pre-match team talk – “this is going to be a tough one boys, but we keep going and work for each other!” Indeed it was, against a very strong Plymouth College side who are well drilled and physically well developed, and include Rugby scholarship players; we fought hard, had good spells with the ball and certainly developed our defensive tactics and technique. Despite being unable to score we stuck at it and the g

U16 Girls Badminton
Our girls started their Plymouth Schools central venue season with enthusiasm and nervousness combined. Immy B showed her power and led the way with Franz B and Lilly G backing her up nicely and developing confidence and aggression the more they played. Playing Hele’s first up was a hard task but matches were close, with 3 going to the last few points and one doubles game into overtime to get a winner. However, Hele’s made the most of their chances when it was tight and event
