Year 11 complete mock interviews with employers

Congratulations to the Year 11 students who have completed mock interviews this week with local employers. Students have conducted themselves excellently, with employers providing constructive feedback and advice for future “real” applications and interviews. A huge thank you must also go to all the employers who gave their time to complete the interviews. Representatives from Babcock, Department of Work & Pensions, NHS, Livewell, Wolferstans Solicitors, Plymouth University, Discovery College, The Army, Royal Navy, Ward William Associates, Hoare Lea, ECC trustees and the Theatre Royal. Special mention must go to James Portman, an ex-Eggbuckland student who is now a trainee solicitor with Wolferstans Solicitors. James shared his experiences with his interviewees; a great example of how alumni can support current students.
