Facilities Manager
25 hours per week, all year round
Grade F: actual salary starting at £18,270 per annum
Required as soon as possible, this role is to provide a facilities management service across the Trust and to support the Business Director in relation to Premises, Health and Safety, Lettings and Cleaning, as well as policy reviews. You must have excellent experience of managing staff in an operational environment and experience of providing support to a professional function. You will also need to:

Maintenance Person and Cleaning Supervisor
27.5 hours per week, 41 weeks a year
Actual starting salary £12,590 per annum
(Grade B: £7,896 + Grade C: £4,694 per annum)
Required as soon as possible, this role is to provide a good maintenance service across the Trust and to support the premises team and Facilities Manager in relation to Premises, Cleaning, Health and Safety and Lettings. This role combines the maintenance aspects for 3.5 hours/day (at Grade B) with 2 hours/day (at Grade C) to manage the cleaning team for a high standard of cleanliness. You must have excellent experience of managing staff in an operational environment and relevant skills in carpentry, grounds maintenance, electrical and / or plumbing experience. You will also need to:

Cleaner Vacancies
12.5 hrs per week, 41 weeks per year
Grade A, hourly rate starts at £9.25 per hour
We are looking for reliable individuals to work either in the mornings or evenings. Shifts are from 6am – 8.30am, or 3.15pm to 5.45pm, Monday to Friday during term time, plus two additional weeks in the summer holidays. Duties to provide general cleaning duties across the College site.
