This week we took the delivery of our panel from the Mayflower Panel Project. GCSE students created the design inspired by the Coast, the local artist Sarah Smalldon, and celebrating 400 years of The Mayflower crossing. The panel has adorned the fencing along Embankment Road for the last two years and now it takes pride of place on the Creative Studies block.
A big thank you to Emma Hewitt and Morven Maclean from Building Plymouth. We also want to thank the amazing Eggbuckland art department for always going above and beyond with our outreach projects. Thanks also to Dave Smith and the Caretaking team for securing it, ready for everyone to see.
