We are proud to award this accolade to Mrs Poulson and Miss Hunt’s Year 10 classes for, to use their words “being fantastic, passionate, committed and fun class to teach”.
These classes are completing a meat, fish and poultry unit this term, making puff pastry ,sausage rolls and filleting fish.
This unit is challenging as they are working with ingredients not used before , but they are smashing it !
