Army Royal Signals & Adjutant General Corps visit Eggbuckland

This week the Army visited Eggbuckland Community College. On Tuesday, the Royal Signals Corps provided students with a presentation on the various careers within their Corps as well as the chance to programme some robotic vehicles along an obstacle course within the Sports Hall. The Signals are responsible for communications within the Army and with the emphasis now on cyber security and technology, the students were shown the breadth of opportunity that exists within an Army career.

On Wednesday, the Adjutant General Corps visited College, this branch of the Army are responsible for Military Police, Human Resources, Business and Administration, Accountants and Physical Training Instructors. Students from Years 9, 10 and the Sixth Form, who have expressed an interest in these areas, were invited to attend the presentation.
