Year Group of the Week :

We were so proud of the attitude and commitment of Year 10 over their mock examination period. Results suggest that this Year group is very bright and should be delighted with the excellent progress they have made over the last academic year. If this motivation and determination continues throughout Year 11, August 2023 will see individuals opening the brown envelope to see an excellent set of GCSE / Level 2 results.

A special mention to about 25 students who achieved both attainment and progress results which, if replicated next year, will put them in the top 10% of students nationally. Impressive!

Principal’s Role of Honour

It was with great pleasure that we were able to share this summer’s ‘Principal’s Role of Honour’ with our new Year 11 students. Students who were in the top 10% of the year group for attainment (grades achieved) in the recent mock exam have received a certificate as have students who were in the top 10% of the year group for academic progress made since joining us in Year 7. A special mention must go to those students who were in the top 10% of both!

Congratulations on a great achievement and we have no doubt you will continue to excel next year!
