As part of Science Week, Year 7 students joined Exeter Science Centre on a live stream, specifically for them, from Plymouth Energy and Waste Facility. They had a private live guided tour of all areas of the site (including inside incinerators and by the turbines) and were able to speak live through video link to the engineers and staff who both designed and work at the facility. A wonderful insight into science and engineering careers in Plymouth. Inspiring!
