On Friday 14thFebruary, 12 Year 10 students, who have expressed an interest in joining the Armed Forces, had the opportunity to ‘Meet the Royal Marines’ at Royal Marine Barracks, Stonehouse.
The day comprised of a presentation on life in the Royal Marines that included information on the entry requirements for joining. The students then took part in a carousel of 4 activities including a rib boat ride, physical fitness session, shooting practice and weapons’ demonstration.
There was a question and answer session at the end of the day to provide further information. The students were a credit to themselves and the College, well done!
