History Gets Hands-On

On Wednesday, five Year 9 historians met up with other students from across Plymouth for a day of hands-on historical activities with Plymouth University and The Box (the new name for Plymouth’s museum). During the day, our students were able to handle a range of artefacts from the past, have a creative input into a new animation about the Mayflower which will be screened when the museum re-opens and worked with a professor from the University to learn about the history of everyday objects. A great time was had by all.
