Getting Muddy

Last Saturday, a group of 13 students went to Bush Farm, Saltash, to participate in the annual ‘Mudstock’.

Mudstock is an event that it similar to Toughmudder and Commando Challenge. Students ran in the 3K race, facing a number of obstacles along the way. After a slightly muddy and wet race they finished with smiles on their faces. The students’ resilience and team work in this race was fantastic. Hopefully they will be keen to do it again next year!

After they finished their race, students then went on to marshal the 10K adult race. Despite it being very warm and a long time to be marshalling, the students once again did the College proud by helping the adults around the course and providing motivation for those having a harder time. Members of the public have praised the students on their behaviour, helpfulness and politeness. A really big well done and thank you all students involved.
