This week, Year 9 and 10 Food students took part in a National FutureChef Apprenticeship Roadshow. Students had the opportunity to explore career routes within the Catering and Hospitality sectors as part of National Apprenticeship Week. Students participated in an interactive workshop where they learnt to cater for people with Dysphagia, producing a suitable afternoon tea. Students also got to test their piping skills and went head to head in a plate carrying competition.
