Coping at school

School is a place that some people find more difficult than others. Some students might not like mixing with other people, or may be struggling with subjects and work especially if they have exams or homework or may be worried about friendships or family.

These are natural feelings and everyone has something similar at some time or another. The link attached to this newsletter is written especially for teenagers and will allow you to read a little a bit about common problems and how to cope with them. students can share this with their friends and family or they can talk their tutor. In College we can offer extra help and support if students are struggling to cope but sometimes we will not know they need it unless they ask us.

I hope this is an interesting and useful link for you. https://1e213a5c-6ba7-41a7-813a-f6e2ca69f432.filesusr.com/ugd/2846b8_b21be0074d1346c6a8ca6915e24cc9b4.pdf
