Skills South West Show is happening again this year at Plymouth Pavilions. Eggbuckland Community College will be taking all the Year 10 students on Wednesday 11th March, students have been given a letter with further details along with a consent form that needs to be signed and returned. Students, Parents and Carers from Years 9, 11, 12 and 13 are also encouraged to attend the after school session on Wednesday 11th March 4.30-7.00pm.
The show provides an opportunity to meet Further Education Colleges, Universities, Training Providers and employers to research the wide range of opportunities and career pathways available to students beyond Year 11 or Sixth Form. Understanding what qualifications and skills are required for the future will help to motivate and inspire the students to achieve the best they can whilst at Eggbuckland Community College.
