Babcock work with Year 13

This week, Year 13 students had the opportunity today participate in a Babcock recruitment exercise. Students were given the chance to demonstrate and develop their employability skills by completing the Manufacturing Challenge. Activities like these are often an integral part of an interview process and the opportunity to complete this in a ‘pretend’ scenario is great preparation for the real thing! Students will now know what to expect should they face this situation in the future.
