Matthew Archer and Chloe Irvine, a university graduate and a higher apprentice from Babcock, spoke to a selection of Year 10, 11, 12 and 13 students on the different pathways available to students. They shared the wealth of opportunities available to employees including the progression available once their training programmes are complete.
