This week, local employer Babcock presented a virtual CV writing workshop to Mr Nicholas’ Year 11 P4L class. Students are currently preparing their CVs in preparation for Year 11 Mock Interviews. Unfortunately employers will not be able to visit the College this year due to the current COVID situation, however to ensure students still experience and benefit from employer engagement, lots of the employers have agreed to critique student CVs and provide written feedback electronically. This is an excellent opportunity for students to hear from local employers on what they are looking for in a CV. Students listened attentively to the presentation and asked pertinent questions to support the work they are completing in lessons. Well done Year 11!
