A time capsule to be opened in 100 years’ time

Caitlin Dibben, Year 9, is a member of the 27th Plymouth Scout Group at Compton. She has attended a special civic ceremony where she met the Governor General of the Society of Mayflower Descendants. As part of this ceremony, she was involved in placing a time capsule inside the Mayflower Steps on the Barbican which will be opened in 100 years’ time.

Clive Deacon, Scout Leader of the 27th Plymouth Scout Group wrote, “Along with some other Scouts, Caitlin was an excellent ambassador and showed all the attributes you would want from your students at such a prestigious occasion.”
