Academic Subjects

Students must meet the entry requirements for specific courses.

In general students must pass the majority of their GCSEs at grade B/5 or above or attain equivalent Level 2 qualifications.

For Maths and Science A Level a minimum of a high B or 6 in the respective GCSE is required. Support will be timetabled for all students who do not gain a GCSE grade 4 in English or Maths. This may affect other options. All students receive an advice and guidance interview with key staff to ensure study programmes are appropriate for the future.

Students choose 5 preferred subjects and indicate priority order on their application form
