Make sure that all your work has been checked. Ensure grammar is correct and make sure you have 2 clear booklets that represent 2 different sports.

Continue research of the skills and techniques required in both sports.
Skills are things that you have to be able to do to be able to play the sport. E.g. Chest pass, shooting, bounce pass etc Explain when and why you would use these skills.
Techniques are how you do the specific skills e.g. in netball
Chest push:
-
Ball should be released at chest height.
-
Fingers spread around the ball in W shape.
-
Elbows tucked in (no chicken wings)
-
Transfer weight forward and push the ball.
-
Extend and follow through with arms, wrists and fingers.
-
Path of ball should flat and fast
Do this for ALL skills identified. Pictures would be good to aid your written points.

Set out 2 booklets. This can be done via word document of powerpoint. Each element laid out in the weeks is to be completed for both sports.
One sport will be based on a sport you have studied in PE. The second sport a sport that you would like to study or a sport you have not done this year yet e.g. rounders, cricket and athletics or any other sport that interests you.
Follow the contents laid out in the information pack. Found in the link opposite.
