Physical Education - Year 12

Week Beginning - 18th and 25th May

What I will be learning about -

Learning aim D – reflect on own practical performance using selected assessment methods.

Reflection – learning aim D

Please see power point presentation that Miss S has emailed to you – this has also been added to the online learning section….

This is a reflection on your own performance – and you have to choose different methods of assessment methods to analysis that performance.

  • Discuss the selected assessment methods used to review a practical sports performance – (D.P4)

  • Discuss own performance using different assessment methods and feedback from others in an individual and a team competitive situation (D.P5) (you may have to get someone at home to help you or share your video link to someone else to analyse your performance – I can either do this pairing for you or you can do it yourself? Please let me know via email)

  • Analyse your own performance to reflect strengths and areas for improvement in both netball and badminton in competitive sport and using feedback from others and different assessment methods.

  • Justify recommendations for personal performance improvement using wider understanding of compliance of rules and regulations and use of skills and techniques in both netball and badminton. (D.D3)

As soon as you have come to the first draft stage please email me the work for checking.

Final deadline for all works to be completed is the week beginning 25th May this will allow for improvements to be made etc.

What I will need to know or be able to do by the end of the week

Are you able to identify where you need to make improvements to be more successful in the future?
