The Big Bang

Our Eggbuckland Science Team are very excited to be going to the National Exhibition Centre this weekend to compete in the National Finals of the Big Bang Science competition. The project is called, “The Science of Chocolate” and explains why chocolate tastes differently when it has been heated and reset and how different chocolates have different melting points.
The team of Year 10s, Hannah Grindle, Patrick Loman, Daniel Marett, Lee Rose, Ethan Dickson and Jamie Watts have even made their own chocolate and have discovered first-hand how important controlling temperature is to the making of good chocolate.
